1100 series pressure loading valve in 316 stainless and PTFE diaphragm. Size 1/2″ (DN15) with special connections to DIN 11864-1A. The connection was requested by the customer and Prochem was able to meet their requirements. 20 loading valves in total with half set at 1.5 BarG and the rest 3.5 BarG. Each valve has a unique serial number. To achieve higher loading pressure of 3.5 BarG valve is fitted with a higher pressure spring, maximum 7 BarG is possible on this DN15 valve. 1100 valve label now with UKCA mark as well as the CE mark.
